Convometric transcribes audio files submitted during negotiation simulations to provide behavioral feedback using Deepgram's transcription service. Deepgram's privacy policy can be viewed here. After processing, audio files are deleted immediately. Anonymized transcripts are retained to improve our models and for scientific research purposes.

Instructors who require students to submit identifiable information (e.g., names for participation tracking) are responsible for managing and safeguarding this data. Convometric does not retain or manage such identifiable information.

We implement appropriate measures to protect anonymized data processed by Convometric. Data is securely stored on Firebase servers located in Germany. Convometric complies fully with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you purchase Convometric through our Wix store, we collect and process instructor information (e.g., name, email, institution) necessary for transaction processing, communication, and support purposes.
